Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to DALFATEK (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our software systems and mobile applications developed and provided by DALFATEK, such as CRS High School, CRS Primary School, and Leren LMS (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

Each system is offered as a separate, subscription-based service, and access is limited to the specific software your institution has contracted and paid for. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

DALFATEK provides subscription-based digital platforms for educational institutions. Each platform, including CRS High School, CRS Primary School, and Leren LMS, is licensed individually.

Your institution’s subscription determines which software modules and features are available. Access to one system does not automatically grant access to other DALFATEK products.

3. Accounts & Access

• Institutions provision and manage access for their users.
• Keep your credentials secure. Do not share your account.
• Unauthorized access, data tampering, or misuse is prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Data Accuracy

While we provide the platform, the accuracy of academic data (grades, attendance, reports) is the responsibility of authorized institutional personnel.

5. Subscription & Licensing

• Services are licensed by subscription to institutions.
• Access is valid while the subscription is active and paid.
• Renewal/termination follows the service agreement with the institution.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, code, and content are the exclusive property of DALFATEK. No copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is allowed without written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• No attempts to access data you are not authorized to view.
• No automated scripts or actions that disrupt the Services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws in Belize and apply industry best practices.

9. Availability & Maintenance

We strive for continuous availability but may schedule maintenance or experience outages. When possible, we notify institutions in advance of planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

DALFATEK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or unauthorized access beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the most recent billing period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if subscriptions lapse, Terms are violated, or Services are discontinued. Data may be retained for backups or legal obligations.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
